Fence for Beatles tapes spared jail time.
The middle man who tried to sell the stolen recording session tapes will receive two years probation instead of jail time. "Mr Aspinall, who is now managing director of the Beatles' Apple company, told the court the tapes contained more than 200 one-off performances."
